Volunteer Roles
We have a range of volunteering opportunities to suit different skills, interests and availability. All roles are unpaid and based in Burton upon Trent.
Community Support Volunteer
Support our team at community events, outreach activities and programme sessions. No specific experience required, just enthusiasm and a willingness to help.
Employment and Skills Mentor
Support residents with CV writing, job searching and interview preparation. Ideal for those with HR, recruitment or career coaching experience.
Digital Skills Tutor
Help community members develop basic computer and internet skills. Patience and clear communication are more important than formal teaching qualifications.
Youth Activities Volunteer
Support our youth development activities including sports, arts and mentoring sessions for young people aged 11 to 25. DBS check required.
Health and Wellbeing Champion
Help promote health awareness and support residents to access health information and services. Health or social care background is helpful but not essential.
Administration and Communications
Support our team with administrative tasks, social media, newsletter content and communications. Ideal for those with office, marketing or communications experience.

As a Community Interest Company, we rely on grants, donations and sponsorship to fund our programmes. Every contribution, however large or small, helps us reach more people and deliver more impact in Burton.
